Swedish car manufacturer, Volvo began to assemble Volvo V60 Plug-in Hybrid at the factory Torslanda, Gothenburg. Diesel cars owned Volvo plug-in is scheduled to go on sale in early 2013.
Volvo V60 Plug-in Hybrid is also claimed to be the only plug-in diesel cars in the world. Only equipped with lithium-ion batteries, the car is able to bring you a distance of 51 km.
Volvo V60 Plug-in Hybrid is also one car that managed to carve a history as unique and innovative cars. As expressed by the Senior Vice President of Research and Development of Volvo Car Corporation, Peter Mertens, "Volvo V60 Plug-in Hybrid is a unique car, a historic step, not only for Volvo but for the automotive industry."
